Personally, I'd try and increase your lil' dude's hydration. Any orange
colour could spell trouble and we want to avoid that.
Do you have a dripper? Are you misting for a good 5 mins at least 5 times a day (tank should be dripping wet)? Do you see your cham drink?
Although I've never done it a lot of senior members recommend a warm shower not sprayed directly at him, but ricocheting off a wall.
Just as a point of reference, our cham's urates look white and goopy (like..... snot).

He has a dripper, but it's on a slow drip because I haven't got a drainage system. Perhaps I should make a collection cup to catch the water?
I mist him maybe 4 times a day but only for a little bit cos he's in a baby-sized cage, it soaks easily.
I used to see him drink the water that runs down his face after misting, but not anymore. I don't see him drink.
Humidity it mostly around 60.

A collection cup would be a good idea for your dripper. We have drainage issues too, but maybe one of the more senior members will have a good idea
Humidity is good.
It takes a while for a chameleon's drinking instinct to kick in. Our cham loves to stare up at the drops falling down for ages before she starts licking the water from her chops
I think that the warm shower idea may suit you best. Get him on a nice plant and shower a wall next to him. Give him some time and hopefuly he'll start licking before too long

I'm not too keen on the shower idea, cos I think it'll stress him out. Maybe I'll taking him out and try misting him warm water

I understand completely
just keep it going for a good long while. When your hand caves in on itself from repetitive strain injury then there's just another 5 mins to go Rango09 - We did the ice cube thing too for a while before reading somewhere on this forum that the coldness may slow the cham's metabolism. I can't prove or disprove, just saying what I read.

I took him outside for the first time and misted him until the bottle was empty. He didn't drink a thing, but enjoyed basking in real sunlight for once! I loved it, he was dark for soaking up the sun, but where the leaves cast a shadow on him he was bright green. It looked like a little hand-print.
I'll try the shower thing tomorrow- I've already handled him twice today.

They may not drink infront of you.
for showering, i put my guys on the plant, turn on the shower, aim the head at the wall, and then close the shower curtain.
this way, they can drink in private, and its less freaky to them.
also, i can peek in and see them withouth them freaking on me,
and for the record- ive only seen my male drink maybe 5 times since ive had him, which was february 2011.

The poop/urate looks just fine!!
No real need to take extreme measures to correct it (unless it starts to get worse). Just keep up with your dripper and mistings. You don't need to soak the cage, he will more than likely get most of his hydration from the dripper (if placed correctly and accessable). And him drinking from mistings is just a plus.

You dont have to take him out. Just nuke your misting bottle for a minute or so and mist him directly with the cage door open.
My chams love it

This is his dripper, it drips on the hibiscus leaves below & I have seen him hanging around there.

looks good to me. I assume you have him in an ExoTerra. (full tank shot please, it looks good. But note that he will outgrow it over time).
Does he have to climb onto the leaf or move it to gain access to it. Because i would set mine up to drip, but the Cham would climb towards it and move the leaf out of position and the dripper would drip straight to the floor. He would move and it would move back into place, and back n fort! This is where it pays to boserve your Chams! You will learn a ton or interesting stuff along with changes you need to make!

I'll tweek the postition of the dripper, it's awkward getting it to stay in the same place though! especially as I end up taking all the branches and things out when I change the tissue paper at the bottom.
I was intending to get him an extra tall terrarium in a couple of months, 90 x 45 x 90 cm / 36” x 18” x 36” (WxDxH). I found a shop that sells new ones at very reasonable prices, I'm considering adding a screen if I do get one.

Orange means the cham is dehydrated- from what I've seen on this forum it's a common problem with these guys
