No UVB bad?

I currently have no UVB light for my chameleons whatsoever. I keep them in my garden troughout the day and keep them indoors at night do I still need it??

If they take sun baths daily they are recieving the uv rays naturaly

if they are getting natural sunlight (not through glass, which blocks UVB) then they are unlikely to need UVB lighting. But you may want to provide a small amount of D3 to your chameleons diet from time to time "just in case"

No it should be fine. Just consider it like a cloudy rainy day in their natural habitat where the sun didn't shine.

Also on UVB how much natural sunlight would be = to the UVB bulb, if there is even a difference. Like for example would 1 hour outside be = to 1 hour inside?

A couple hours outside (depending on your lattitude) would be more than a day under most UVB tubes.
