Chameleons don’t need anything but live bugs. Veileds will eat their plants (which is why we make sure they are safe plants) and some occasionally may nibble greens or bits of fruit. Every now and then I give my girls a couple of small blueberries which they seem to love.I've tried feeding my juvenile chameleon bits and pieces of fruit and lettuce over a month, sadly to no aval! Is this normal as i don't want to compromise his health. He's fed dubia roaches, hoppers, waxworms and silk worms.
Many thanks for any help you can give me.
You’ve got a great variety of feeders without crickets. Crickets suck. Thanks for the message. I've tried kiwi, strawberries and lettuce only a few times. He never looked near them.
Ive had to remove crickets from his diet. I'm starting red runner roaches in there place.
