Night time heat?

I am afraid that it might be too cold for my Chameleon at night. I turned off the light and heat lamps and turned up the house's heat and this morning he seem to look a bit pale and lethargic. I do not want to sweat out the other living inhabitants in the house but I want the Chameleon to be warm. Any suggestions?

A ceramic heater is good for them if it gets to cold...my house gets a little to chilly so i have to use heat at night otherwise it drops below 60 in his tank but if it doesnt get any cooler then around 63 then i dont worry about it

Welcome to the forums.

You really do not need a heat lamp unless your temps fall below 50*F. low 60* night time temps are ideal.

I really don't think my WC panther likes anything below 66f I can tell in his sleeping patterns my CBs don't seem to change behavior.Ive since sealed my windows with plastic and turn on thermostat in the room to about 72 now.

My temps are staying between 53 and 58 at nite.
I did put a ceramic for my 8 mo old because he is not an early riser and he stays a little too cold too long for me.
The older chams seem to be fine
