It got colder last few days, temperature doesn't drop below 10C (50F) in our apartment, but when I come to check my cham in the morning he is dark and is somewhere in the middle or lower part of his cage, which made me worried and I assumed he is cold.
Temperature never drops below 10 celsius, but it does get chilly.
Should I get ceramic bulb for him? Otherwise not sure why he's getting dark and goes to a bottom, maybe someone else had this situation?
Cage:18x18x36
Light: ZooMed ReptiSUN 5.0 UVB, Exo-Terra ReptiGLO 5.0 UVB
Water: Monsoon misting system
Food: crickets, mealworms (he's got a good appetite, can eat 5-7 crickets, can eat from cup, even from hand if cricket on the hand)
Mood: In the day time he has a 'fighting' mood which I think is a good sign of health (is it?) - sometime when Im about to grab him, he hisses, opening his mouth like a dinosaur and making sharp moves like he's about to bite, hi did bit me few times (wasn't painful, but enough to feel uncomfortable). I think he might be a little scared, but at the same time he has no problem eating from hands.
