So I have now spent $1300.00 and have 3 complete setups coming my way and one male 50% Ambilobe x 50% Nosy Be "Skittles" and 1 female Nosy Be coming as well as a female Ambilobe.

I decided I am gonna dedicate my time and effort to a breeding program.

All the Chameleons are 4-5 months old so I have about 6-8 months before I start and I am hoping for some great results.

The sire for my male is from "Kammerflage Kreations" the "Moramora-katrina"
(Easy Rider) Morph clutch.

Here is "Skittles"

and the Female Nosey Be is from "Chameleon Caretaker's" and the Sire is "Gavin"

My last lady will be from "Sunshine Chameleons" she is a Ambilobe and her Sire is "Plasma"

I don't have any of the Chameleons yet but as stated in the title, this next week will be extremly exciting with the 3 new arrivals.
I will surely post pics of my babies when they arrive and of the setups in witch I have spent a extreme amount on to have great environments to provide the best care for my panthers.

again, this is a long term project "a year" but even breaking the ice I am so excited to start the project.

thanks all for the help and time spent talking with me.

When i had to wait for a week before getting my Sambava, i thought it lasted a year! So waiting for 3 new setups and 3 new chameleons.. wow! Exciting must be an euphemism for you!! :p

Yeah, I am lucky in ways I am patient :D but I am just wanting next week to come :D

I will have skittles and pics on Tuesday, the rest will be around friday area.

I am awaiting my setups from our good friends over at LLLreptile.

Looks like you are going to have your hands full getting cages put together!;):D

Congratulations! Three new babies! Can't wait to see pictures :)

That is all very exciting, but I would have to ask with all of that money and time and research spent-why are you breeding a morph male. I accidentally bred a Nosy and an Ambilobe (WC) and the males are beautiful, but do command a lesser price than pure locales and the females are quite hard to sell. Luckily I had a very small clutch and my babies found great homes.

Thats a very good point. If you dont mind spending the money for the love of the hobby thats a great plan but if you want to recoup some $ you would be better off breeding pure locales. They will sell faster for a higher price.

Yes I am aware of that but, I am kinda hoping that the offspring will be just dazzling.
The morph male I have purchased is never the less amazing in color and I am hoping with the few ive selected I can add more and make them more amazing.

I am not in this for the money just yet and I am okay with lower prices for my babies but if the males do indeed become more spactacular then I would presume the colors willl be never the less amazing.

I also plan to get more Chameleons here soon so, this isnt set in stone as for the fact I will be using these select pairs.
I will be getting a few male pure bloods as well.
