Newly hatched silks in dish?????

Has anybody tried feeding babies new hatched silks?
How did you do it? Feeding cup? On a brunch? Some way different?

I wanna try and feed my babies some but not sure where or how to put them so they eat them.

I've never tried it but I'm sure you could do it any of those ways

When they started getting white I would just put a few on branchs or vines. I always try to hand feed the first few. Cup feeding never worked as the can climb out.

I saw a post a while ago where I saw a shallow dish on the plants. If you put some silkworms in a dish on the plants and they crawl out they will be hunted. So would be fine as they can eat from the dish and hunt them down. May be an issue if you put too many in at once though.

Thinking about it I how about putting them on a mulberry branch or leaf ?

All good ideas. I ended up putting them in a feeding cup on chow. Seemed to work just fine.
