Newbie with opportunity to get a Nosey Be

Hello,
I've found this ad in the local classifieds...

I have a nosey be panther chameleon about a year old with a 24" by 24" by 48" mesh/wire cage with a mercury vapor bulb and a couple of tropical plants. i have spent well over $500 for everything. im am asking a $300 adoption fee

I've made contact with the owner and I'm asking the following questions. Are there any others I should also be asking?

I'd like to find out a bit more, please answer these questions?

Do you know if it is a female or male?
How big is it?
How long have you had it?
Where did you get it?
Do you have other Chameleons besides this one? Do you have (or have you had) other lizards? (not necessarily for sale)
Why are you parting with this one?
What do you feed it?
Is it healthy?
When was the last vet visit?
Are there any problems with the hardware (cage, lights, etc)
How old is the MVB light?
Can you send me (or a link to) pictures of the setup and the Chameleon?

You might want to ask what brand of mercvap he's using, too.

Perhaps also ask what kind of supplements he has been using and what kind of misting method he was using.

Is there a recommended Mercury bulb? Just curious, as Ive never used one
