I know you are in the UK and that solid sided enclosures are used more often over your way than they are in the USA. After looking at your pics, I assume the black circular things are vents? Hopefully they will provide enough air exchange. The overall size may not work for a full adult, but I'm not sure what the dimensions are.
Is your lighting on the inside? As already mentioned, that can be a problem if the cham gets too close or touches the bulb or the fixture. If moved to the outside make sure there is no glass or plastic blocking the UV. You'll have to watch the enclosure temp carefully as it can overheat or not provide the microclimates chams prefer (from high to low, drier to more humid).
Is the bowl for drinking water or is it the catch basin for a dripper?
Substrate can be a problem; both an ingestion hazard and a mold issue especially in a closed setup. I'd suggest removing it. An enclosed setup shouldn't need the extra humidity from substrate.
You will probably need some live foliage for visual cover, air quality, etc.
