New (used) Cage

Im buying a four foot cage that is used and I was wondering how I go about cleaning it. I don't know if something happened to the past chameleon but i just want to be safe.

Is the light i have at the moment for my small cage enough for one thats four feet?

Water/peroxide mix... wipe down everything! once everything is wiped down and clean, go and rinse.

it depends, what size and kind of light are you using?

I use this stuff called Wipe Out you can get from Petsmart or Petco. It's green and its reptile safe.

I don't remember the brand name but its the one that has two light bulb inputs in it. and I use a 70(or 75) watt light bulb for basking and the spiral uvb bulb (i know it isn't recommended but its worked so far lol)
