New to this and now i have a problem

My chameleon and i just went throw a big ordeal, we were out of power for a week so he didnt get the lighting like he was suppost too. Now he wont eat and hes very dehydrated. I have been mistying him of 3 times a day but he still looks not good and i have not seen him eating at all. what can i do... what do you give a chameleon to eat when there sick? hes not that old I just got him for my birthday last month. and hes is a baby.... please someone give me some good ideas to do....

Do you have pictures of his environment and of him? Is it still hot where you live? If so while the power is out some natural sunlight will do wonders for him. They also need natural sun too.

A dehydrated baby? That's an emergency. Put him on a bushy plant or put his whole cage in a shower and run the shower (body temperature) so it bounces off the wall creating a mist that falls around the chameleon. Do that for 20 minutes several times a day. Keep the air extra humid.
