Hey guys and girls new here and just wondering what you guys think of the repashy bug burger / cricket crack combo also supplement wise I use calcium plus d3 twice a week and a multivitamin once a week for my little guy he's 4 months look on my page for some more pics what do you think any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you !

Hello and welcome to the forums! I have never used cricket crack, but do use bug burger. The crickets seems to really like it. I do not make the gel, but sprinkle the powder on their food. Also, the supplement schedule that the majority of us members use is as follows: Calcium with NO d3 at every or most feedings, calcium with d3 twice monthly and a multi vitamin twice monthly also. You don't want to over supplement with d3. Different brands have various concentrations, and some way more than others so you have to be careful. The schedule I just gave you has been proven successful on her for many years.

D3 twice a week is too much. You want calcium without d3 every feeding, and calcium with d3 twice a month as well as multivitamin twice a month. Repashy makes an all in one supplement that's safe for every feeding. That's what I use for both my chams. As for your set up, looks great. Except 100w for basking may be a little high. What's a moonlight? If that's a night light, you don't need those unless your home gets below like 55 at night. Chams need total darkness for good sleep at night. That's all I got! Love your cage set up!

Thanks for the reply it's 100w moonlight so purple he seems to like it aucually I check on him about 20 min after the light comes on and he sleepin with his eyes closed. Yes I was a little concerned about the "overpowered light" but it dose not sit directly on the cage it is about 4" above on a metal bracket so I don't really think it is hurting him I agree totally about the supplement use it was only my first time giving him mombo the supplement thanks again

You shouldn't use a night heat source unless your home drops below 50 at night (I let my panthers go down to 50, my veileds 40). A temperature drop at night slows their metabolism for a deeper rest state and is good for them.
