new to forum- pics of our chams

welcome!

There were a few things that concerned me, however.

I noticed you have a waterfall in one of your vivs, very bad, they carry all sorts of bacteria, I would get that out. It is also not recommended to have substrate, it can cause impaction if ingested, you may want to switch that out to cage carpet or paper towels.

Glad your on top of the dehydration. How well does he eat, he looks a tad underweight, normally when they are young they are nice and plump.

Good Luck, and wishing many more years to Charlie :D

he eats around 4 meal worms and a few crickets and the odd locust every day, always has food available in there and is getting sprayed 5 times a day to keep him humid and drinking, tbh i dont think he was eating too well at shop as he was the smallest of the 6 but his the one i wanted from the first time i saw them, he was with another male and 4 females:rolleyes:

I wouldnt feed him mealworms, try silkworms or superworms, mealworms are very chitinous and can cause impaction as well. Sounds like your doing everything right though, sometimes you have to get them back into good condition after being in a pet store for so long.

i can get wax worms but cant get them other types  and his been in the shop for about a month before i took him home :)

You can use wax worms as a treat but they are very fatty, they would help fatten up your boy though, you should ask Miss Lily where she gets superworms and silkworms, I wont be of much help with that though
