New to Chameleon care

Hi, I purchased a veiled chameleon last week from petco. He looked good and healthy. But since bringing him home he has been eating good, but stopped pooping about three days ago. And he gets very stressed. I can't even spray the cage without him puffing up and changing all kinds of colors. I need some help please.
