So I'd like to know, which is better, with the hanging pothos, or without with an extra vines?

Yes, there are paper towels covering the soil, he outgrew the old rocks and could probably swallow one if he tried.
So, the paper towels are temporary until we can find some larger rocks.

EDIT: Trying to find something to help with drainage, for now we are using a towel on the back of the cage and underneath. Trying to find something big enough to have this in, but not so big it goes off my desk.

Either way is fine. You can also cover the soil with window screen. Make sure you have a vine running horizontal about 6" from the top so he can get up close to the light.

Hmmmm-all those jerks eh? Posting a picture of an enclosure is a great way to get help. It was mentioned by someone that we had never seen Syn's enclosure, but I do not believe it was a malicious attack.

I def like the pothos they seem to be gret for climbing but like julirs said they need a good place to bask easily. So ya like codi said do both.

Julirs - I have a stick going across in back of the dracaena, hard to see from here, but it's there. I'm probably going to reposition the lights here in a bit so it's better.

I just bought a 4 inch Pothos at Walmart! They are hard to find here in nanaimo, but i wonder if i could find them in like victoria..

Anyways, i like it with the pothos, i know my chameleon likes LOTS of plants.

My enclosure is 6 feet tall, and i am still growing the plants to be big enough, so right now i have a ficus, and a large fake ficus, and her laying bin, but when these plants are big enough, hopefully in this month, i will put them in

Okay soo.. when the pothos is there it gets in the way of the door a little bit, but it's just a little annoying. So I'll move the vine to probably somewhere else and retake pictures later.

At Home Depot they have this MASSIVE bushy pothos that I wanted to stick in place of the smaller one you see already in there, but it's way too heavy! I wanted to stick it on the bottom instead, but then if I do that all of the poop would land on the leaves and it's harder to clean that than maybe one or two leaves and the bottom pvc.

It's the fake wood stuff, it's wood but it's not nice wood.. Hard to explain, but it's not 100% real. It's like the sticker stuff. The "wood-look" is a sticker.. haha I'm confusing myself trying to explain it.

Anyways what I'm trying to say is it's a sticker, and it's already coming off as old as it is, but thanks Julirs.

Anyone got a link for me that WalMart has a plastic tub or something for this?

Yea, i know some of yall where just being concerned BUT others where just being down right mean! And in a very sensitive time for her...Im not trying to argue. In my old cage for him I had a rabbit cage, so it had like a built in drainage. With my panther, it was a waterproofed wood table so it just ran off into a smaller bin (the table was designed for that)

But yeah, I see what you mean, my desk is getting really wet, argh! Looks like I'll be making a trip to WalMart later. BLEH, WalMart!

The hanging pothos looks great, I would keep it in. I have the same plant and pot for one of my cages aswell, yet I really could not find a clean way to hand it with that plastic hanging hook. I took 20lbs test fishing line and made 3 holes in the pot (equally spaced) and then strung it up. The pot looks like its hovering in the air and it very strong and stable. Just an idea if your having issues with hanging the pothos.
