i just got two hibiscus plants and put them in there for my chameleon. just wanted to know if that's okay to put in there and new set up. just let me know if you see any flaws or something idk haha thanks :D

sorry the picture i took isnt the best but if you want me to take more just ask xP haha

Can you take a picture of the enclosure from further away? I cant' tell what it is. Looks like a Zoo Med glass cage.

Hibiscus are perfectly fine to use, but I'll tell you right now that they are really hard to keep in the cages. We had them in our cham cages and they never flowered again, they only grew leaves up at the top of the plant. The bottom became completely bare and we never got another bud. We switched back to just using schefflerra (umbrella plant) and a lot of fun vines and "highways" for them to climb around on.

Well you are on the right track with the live plants and the large rocks in them however I would return the glass tank and swap it out for a large screen cage as your male looks to already be too big for that size of tank. Consider a 18x18x36 sized all screen cage. You have a basking light and what I would assume to be a ReptiSun5.0 coil type UVB bulb which is good. The fogger will work ok for a while but if you use anything other than distilled the device used to create the fog will become disabled and ruined in a short period of time. I also notice a dripper and spray bottle that’s good; and what looks to be a herptavite? You will need a few other powders to go along with that. Did you purchase everything in 1 shot at your local pet store?

Take a look at our care videos… They will give you a good overview on the general care practices.

Your setup looks good.

I would reccomend though if your using a coil bub that u get rid of it. they are known for damaging chameleons eyes as im sure a lot of people will tell you the same. GLASS TERRARIUMS ARE FINE!! So many people on here rave about how you have to have a screen enclosure. There are articles on here from leading experts that swear that glass terrariums are just as good as screen and actually help to keep humidity up. you just have to remEmber to keep them clean so as not to harvest any bacteria. I personally use glass 60x60x100cm for 1 adult panther and have had no problems apart from 1 URI that was nothing to do with the terrarium, just me misting at night when i was a newbie.

I would get rid of the Hibiscus though, they dont seem to be able to tolerate heat too well and end up dying. I use pothos, although its not great with heat, it seems to last a while longer.

Hope ive been some help.

I forgot to mention, Id reccomend getting rid of the fogger too, its not good for the Cham. I think this may of been partly the reason for George getting a URI as it happened a week after using my fogger.
