Well, back from the vet with Tafariah my little adoptee with carnivore care, cipro eye drops, puralube eye ointment, and ceftazidime antibiotic injections. Now we see how she does. She is NOT a fan of the ceftazidime, it probably stings. But she needs it. Now she can relax in her cage for the rest of the day. I got her from my work, she has a URI and is very thin. She was severely dehydrated and weak when I got her a couple days ago.
she can now keep her eyes open and is full of spunk! Still gasping but she has a lot of antibiotics to go through still. I just gave her the 2nd dose.
