New rescue Chameleon has one eye closed!

Hello! New here and new to Chameleons! I am needing help with a chameleon I recently spontaneously rescued from a neighbor. All I know is one eye has been having issues for about a month and also an odd wart-like growth developed on the top of her nose area near the bad eye. She's been trying to scratch it and hasn't been able to catch her food they say, so they've been tong feeding. I literally just picked her up yesterday and I'm just trying to help her! I don't know much about her care she's been receiving but I'll answer any questions based on what the lady told me she's been doing.

She is in rough shape. Do you have an exotics vet?

I do. Well I know of one and made an appointment for Tues eve after work.

Awesome. So a vet should be able to help with the eye and bump. Here on the forums we can help with husbandry and her set-up.
