He's 10 months old, but he's been a really slow grower, so he's still small in size. But he's catching up now.
Thank you Leo! Nope, I haven't had any fights at all. They often sit together on the same branch or under the same light without problems. The room is small, but it's big and bushy enough that they have plenty of places to go if they don't want to deal with each other. And since they've been in the room together they've all grown a lot! It's probably that they get more excercise and eat more, but all my petite guys have gained 20-30g in less than a month. So it's working for them!
As a disclaimer, I don't recommend anyone trying something like this unless you are sure that you know what you're doing. I'm very lucky that mine are pretty docile, but I also put a lot of work and thought into this to make sure I provided an environment that really worked. The same things definitely don't work for everyone, and different people have different experience, so I hope no one takes this to justify trying this without knowing how.

Oh my god he is SO cute! I LOVE the last picture, it almost looks like he thinks you can't see him because he's behind that vine and leaf. Lol! He's like "I wonder if she knows i'm here?".
