That rabbit is so cute! I have a two year old lop and 1 yo belgian hare. They're like our children. lol

It'd be a good idea to get your bunny fixed, since it will prolong its life and keep it from getting grumpy later on in maturity. Not to mention it won't hump everything furry and moving. ;p We had apollo fixed but before that (at the 6 month mark) he was going into my room and humping my bear collection. LOL

I agree with the fixing..HOWEVER, make sure you are informed that Rabbits do not tolerate anesthesia well and there is a chance of not pulling out of it. Its almost required for males or they will become mean. Mine would bite, circle me, violate me, well my head and foot...ick. As soon as I got him fixed 4 years ago..whala.. He hated me for awhile but he is fat andhappy now (oh yea, they will get fat as they lose their testosterone so make sure you are giving them a good diet..not just rabbit pellets..) If you have any q's, PM me. This is my area.

By saying violated your head... did he hump your head? lol

Yes, many times.. I would sit on the couch and he would hop up on the back and go to town.. I had another male go to town on my foot..

I wanted a duck but we arent allowed in city limits..and they are walking poo.

There's a lady near my university that has like a dozen swans, ducks, those oriental roosters, geese, and just about any other water bird you can think of. I can't imagine how much crap she must step on trying to move across her backyard.

You really should get the bun fixed- it will lengthen its life and you will avoid the inevitable behavior problems. I hope it will be an inside bunny? They are extremely social animals.

If you don't get your rabbit fixed, he will spray, hump everything, be aggressive and a general ball of testosterone. He will also be extremely prone to a wider variety of cancers (specifically the kind of the testicular variety...since he will have testes, that is)

Check out those sites I linked. They have really good info on how to care for pet buns, proper diet, bunny proofing a home, reading your rabbit's body language and playing.

I dunno, I've had rabbits before, to much work. And people say that chams are high maintenance!!! Nope. Keep an eye on the rabbit, it'll chew through everything!

But the duckling!!! AWWWWW! I've always wanted one! How did you get it?

haha, i waited since the start of school in august, and i looked everywhere, and everyone told me to wait till nxt spring... so i waited and called feed stores and posted ads, and ppl started telli me where i can buy some.. this one feed supply store had em for $3 bucks, so maybe if you really want one, go look around your city's grain and feed supply stores... sometimes they have em, especially now in the spring... :D i was thinkin of getting another one too... but idk yet.. :p

Oh that is good :) I found a great way to bunny proof things is to get cord protectors from IKEA (or wherever you want) and then duct tape them around and spray on bitter apple (but be careful, some buns like the taste of bitter apple spray!)

My bunny always like playing in the big "box castles" we would build him out of plain cardboard boxes and tubes I got from work. He would run in and out and find treats we hid inside and binky around and play chase with us. They also like shredding old phone books without the covers on and you can get some cool huge sturdy tubes from fabric and upholstery stores if you ask nicely (these are also great for guinea pigs, rats and...crickets and roaches!) You have to cut the tubes with a handsaw, though; they are beasts.

I also made tossing and shredding toys by stuffing toilet paper tubes with orchard grass or timothy hay and some small pieces of dried fruit in the middle. My bun liked roughing them up and shredding them open to pull the hay out and get the fruit.
