New panther, told it was a 4 month old female?

You have an adult female panther. She is well over 4 months and I would be willing to guess over a year at least in age. I would highly recommend that you read up on their required care as well as their recommend setups. Her eye appears to have something wrong with it and it looks like your cage needs some more plants and cover for her to hide in. Finally, the red light isn't necessary and I would recommend just a normal white basking light.

Thank-you for your reply, I am continuing to buy her more plants, but more importantly what do you see wrong with her eye? And any recommendations on a bulb?
 
U sure....last time I touch it,I got a hot boo boo,not the spiral fluorescent,the Thomas Edison kind of ball shape incandescent light bulb:)
 
Could be the left over shed skin bothering her eyes,try flush her eyes out with some drops of water or try the indirectly shower method,see if she gets better,if not ...u can just call ur 911 vet
