New panther color change

Just got my new baby ambilobe panther. He's gorgeous. Maybe someone can help me out though, when I got him out of his shipping box he was actually in great color for a baby. I had to get some things re-arranged in his juvenile cage so i put him in his adult cage for about 5-10 mins. After everything was set i put him back in his juvenile cage and he turned darker in color and lost all his redish orange and blue. Any ideas would be appreciated.
cage sizes: Juvenile 24x30x30
Adult cage: 30x30x80

usually when they are lighter colors they are warning colors, meaning they are scared, but if they are stressed they will be almost black. It will take him a while to settle in. pictures help also

He's probably just stressed from the move. Let him settle in for a week or two before bothering him.

He is looking better now. He didnt get dark dark... if that makes sense. He just went from looking light and colorful to, i guess what a normal juvenile panther looks like. Chalk it up to my inexperience with panthers. Thanks to Brian (reptoman) for this sweet little guy! Named him "Kratos":D
