New panther cham! Local?

I got my cham a little over a month ago. He was two months old or so according to the breeder when I got him. His color is starting to really start to be apparent now. He's got red bars with a blue overlay as well as some yellows and oranges. There is also some faded green on the top of his head. Any ideas on the local? Too early to tell?
