New Panther Cham Enclosure Set-Up, need opinions

Hello, I just got a new Panther Chameleon and want to make sure the set up is absolutely perfect! I covered the Organic Soil with rocks to make sure he doesn't ingest any. I have a repti-fogger in the back right corner in case it isn't visible in the photos.

My question: Is the highest basking point too close to the bulb? it's only about 5 1/2 inches away, I've read its good to be about 8 inches?

Does the placement of the UVB dome matter? I want to make sure he can get away from it if he wants.

Any advice/opinion would be appreciated!

How big is that cage?
What kind of plant is that?
It's usually a good idea to keep the UVB and basking light next to each other. with the heat light being in a corner. That's my opinion anyways. Making it just as easy to get out of the heat and light as it is to get into it.. and 51/2 seems a little close. Maybe lift the light?

yeah thats the same thing i do with my cage. put the basking bulb in the corner and the uvb next to it so they can get out if need be. and also IMO that enclosure seems a bit short. idk though as ive never owned a panther

Hi there, the cage is 16"x16"x20", I was told it would be okay while the Cham was still a baby. He is only about a month old, I'll post a picture of him. He's only about 4cm long without tail.
