new 3-4 month old chameleon owner for a few days and cup feeding him crickets should i be concerned that he hasnt pooped yet .. Hes still getting used to hes new home which is 2'x2'x 3' and seems to be comfortable

I wouldn't be worried. If you want to help him have a bowel movement, you can give him a warm shower.
A shower simply is putting his plant in your tub/shower and run the shower head onto the plant. Make the water lukewarm, and aim the water towards the wall so it is a mist onto the plant. He'll get a good drink, and sometimes this helps them poop.

Be sure and check the cage carefully for poop. It could be "hiding" on a leaf or inside a plant pot, etc. I went through the same things many times and found the poop later dried up! Also, he may have pooped right before you got him. I wouldn't worry about it yet. I found that misiting mine with warm water will get them to poop. It is like an instant laxativer or something!
