He won't die from over feeding and 4 every other day isn't enought. Try ten or more 5 times a week
He will need UV as the UVB won't travel threw the window

I have to strongly disagree with this. Over feeding causes complications that WILL kill your animal. Its better to have a slightly under fed cham than an obese over fed cham.

Your cham already looks nice and filled out. I wouldnt let him get any more weight to him. You want his cheeks and the fat pads on his head to be bulgy but not protruding out. Looking at the pics he looks nice and healthy. Can you get any larger ones of him though?

Feeding 6 appropriate sized prey items or equivalent to every other day is a good start. You may need to feed a bit more or even less to keep him at a good weight. If you feed smaller items then you may need to feed more.

Thank you. I am an apointment with the vet later this week. I will get a better idea on his age/size and how much to feed him.

He appears to be full grown. A vet might know how to cure illness in reptiles etc. but not all are going to know a good feeding schedule. Ive kept montane species like your jacksons for quite some time. I would take my advice if I were you but that is up to you. Its fun to watch them eat but its not fun to over feed and watch them become tubs of lard with health complications.

He seems to know when he's full... Unfortanetly we have heard the darn crickets all night, and even seem them crawl right in front of him and he doesn't eat them. However, I'm not feeding him 10+ each time. We only put about 2 or 3 in at a time, and about twice a day.
I definetly don't want him to become fat and lazy, but I don't want him to starve.

Feeding four crickets every other day will do more half than good, I feed my adults 5 times a week in the morning and there all doing great, I think ten crickets isn't many at all but I feed in the morning so they have all day to digest there food but like you say it depends on the size of the feeders, I generally don't use adult size feeders when it comes to crickets and locust, there legs become quite tough witch are harder to digest and have none this to kill jacksons as they build up inside there stomac(I've read this in a few places of this forum so don't take the risk)
