No, too much D3 is bad, as it causes serious internal organ damage.
Calcium with D3 is necessary for "indoor only" chams but please don't give her calcium with D3 more often than 2x a month.

According to Dr Matthew Wheelock, any cham receiving 45 minutes a day of sunlight does not need, and should not receive, any D3 supplement at all.

Yea I know that I'm just saying that because I'm pretty sure my light is giving off minimal UV right now, if any, which is why I'm getting a new bulb later today and should have the Calcium w/o D3 in a couple days. I know not to give her the D3 more than 2x a month, which is why I totally ignored the workers in the pet store  hahahah

I guess it's good that I've been giving her Calcium w/ D3 than because if my bulb isn't giving off too much UVB the extra D3 is good correct?

Thanks,
Steve

This is where I got the idea that you were giving her extra D3.

It's good that you knew not to give her daily D3 and that you've found the forum before the petstore care instructions did their damage.

Yea, it came out kind of wrong. I meant the extra D3 would be good if she wasnt getting much, if any, UVB. She is in my basement so there isn't really any natural light coming in from outside. I only gave it to her about 3 times with a day or two in between so I guess I'll just hold of on it until next month since I'm getting the proper t5 HO bulb today

That is a very good plan.
I'd definitely skip the D3 for a month.

UVB-wise it really doesn't matter where a cham is indoors because they won't be getting any UVB at all from sunlight passing through window glass.
The UVB bulbs are one invention that has really helped people to keep chams successfully.
