New little baby pygmy!

Hello everyone. Well some of you know that i found 3 eggs after i came back from my summer vacation in the pygmies cage. Well yesterday 2 of those hatched. One made it and the other didn't:( I still have one egg that i found from those 3 and 1 egg that was laid at the end of July. I think the little guy is a male from what i can tell. This brings me up to 3 little pygmies and 1 adult female. He had soe trouble walking yesterday and this morning but he is better. He would hold his front hands together and try to walk. And if he wasn't doing this with his hands, it was his legs. But now he is getting better and walking normal. One foot looks a bit different then the others but hopefully he is ok. Sorry for venting just wanted to explain about my new little guy:)

PS-Pics later because my camera SUCKS!

congrats stefan! Iv always wanted little pygs haha hopefully he gets stronger with your awesome care :)

Thank you both. He is actually climbing around in the little cricket keeper i have him in with some sticks and fake plants so he is getting there:)

Good luck :)
Hope every thing goes alright :)

Thank you. I finally managed to take pics of the little man and i dont know what i pressed but the pics came out better then they ever did. Now if i only i can do it again:rolleyes::p:D ENJOY

how adorable!!!! they are so tiny! there is a lady in my town (valparaiso, IN) and she breeds pygmy chameleons but i dont know where she lives.

i am sorry to bring this up, being a newbie & all, & probably wrong in bringing this up, but shouldnt your cute be covered?

like i said, i didnt know if it did matter, but i have read that you need to wash your hands b4 & after handling your chameleons, so i thought maybe having an open wound might be susceptible to an infection from the baby

I honestly doubt it. He didn't even walk on it. I washed my hands before i held him but he is fine

Bump. Another one!

Hey! Just thought i would bump this up with exciting news. I have another little baby pygmy. So now i have 4 baby pygs in total:) I woke up this morning for school and went to go check the eggs. One baby was almost out of the egg. It is so tiny! So i left it alone and went to school. I just came back from school and she was onto up the egg shell, covered in vermiculite, lookign at me. So i put her in the little shoebox bin with her brother and she is up and moving around. Pygmies are great!
