New Juvenile Jackson`s Xantolopus Chameleon

Hi Everyone I just purchased a Xantolopus a week ago called Grimsby :) I am from Malta and got from petstore here... need to know what supplements and when is best:
From what I have read thy need calcium (NO D3) dusting 2-3 times a week
Calcium with D3 once every two weeks
Multivitamin once a month

Is this correct? as I have been reading a lot of different versions lately but I have come across the above twice..The Petstore owner suggested Nexton Rep Multivitamin which contains D3 but I read that too much D3 + other vitamins can over supplement a jacksons.

He is supposed to be around 10 months old (pet store owner said he is less than a year around 9-10 months)and is about 15cm from snout to tail > is that how he should be? as before I ordered the Xantolopus he could have ordered the Jacksons Williginis which I read are similar but smaller and I want to confirm that it is a Xantolopus since that I am a first time Xantolopus owner. I have noticed that one of his eyes in sunken in and he keeps it closed sometimes while his other eye is fine and healthy. I mist regularly and have seen him drink on the first day only however I know he likes his privacy to eat or drink..
As for his enclosure he has vines, plants with a good number of foliage, good ventilation, Zoo Med UVB 5.0, Basking Lamp and mist about four times a day..I have also noticed that when I mist him he starts moving his eyeballs around and his sunken eye also looks plump for a while but goes back into place (sunken) right after. He moves around fine and when he focuses to eat he uses both eyes normally...other times he sometimes keeps his sunken eye closed ...he moves around fine, has a good grasp and is steady and responsive so looks healthy..eats and drinks fine but mostly in privacy. His enclosure is in a low traffic area too..
Look forward to hearing from you ...posted pic although it is not very clear ...

He looks either stressed or tie bit dehydrated he's a good size I have a couple schedules that some follow the one I gave you. Myself I use a really good gutload. And cal d3 once a week. Others use repashy cal+ once a week only. Some use cal no d3 every week with d3once a months and a good gutload or an ok gut load and give the multi once every 6 week's. I have heard of success with each of these schedules others I'm sure will chime in but whichever works for you is fine the first schedule thou talked about is a panther and veiled schedule:) hope this helps

Thanks to everyone that was very helpful!!..I know have something to go on :)
Just one last question ...he seems to go dark in colour when in basking spot which is one foot away from basking lamp is that normal when warm?

:D Going dark while basking is normal to absorb more uv but, may help to give all info. What is the temp in basking and ambient, what is you humidity? What are you using to measure with.
I would be concerned about the eye though. If rinsing really well doesn't help you may need to have a vet look at it. Can you get some clear close ups of his eye?
