New Jacksons cham

I just purchased a male jacksons cham a couple of days ago and the person who sold him to me didnt have any real info on him. He is about 7-8 inches long and his horns are about an inch or a little bit more in length. with that info can anyone tell me how old approximately is? also I have him under a 75 watt bulb. is that too high or not?
