Hi I am new here I just "saved" a young female Jacksons from a kid who was just going to let her go. I have bought the crickets and supplements and a basking and heat light.Today geting the UV light I also got her a waterfall but I still spray the cage I guess the waterfall is more for the humidity. She is very cute but get stressed out very easy.I think the more times she sees me bringing her food and water the less stressed out she will get. I had a diffent cham a long time ago so I did have some knowledge before getting her now I am just reading and getting as much information I can. if anyone can give me any tips that would be fantastic!!!

Hi and welcome :)
Jacksons have different needs than panthers or veileds, so if you had one of those you should make some research.
Basking and heat light are the same thing, you need uvb light.
Also, waterfalls are a bad idea unless you have one with a filter. If you dont, there will be lots of bacteria, so I recommend to remove it.
I'm not a jackson specialist, but I'm sure one will chime in and help you more.
Good luck! :)

WOW thank you for answering my post I watched that video and will have my husband watch it as well. He has been doing as much research as I have. I took the waterfall out:) and I mist her cage 4 or 5 times a day and I am going to try to make her cage as much like his as I can. I already have the cool mist humidifier. Now I need to get the mister and a drainage system going. Thank you all for your help and advice.
