New Hatchlings

These babies started emerging yesterday and they are HUGE!
Kitty and Agnes are the Sire and Dam.
I incubated this clutch at 76 to 80 degrees and yesterday was 6 months and one week.
These eggs grew to a tremendous size and the hatchlings are gigantic (2 and 1/2 inches tip to tip out of the egg)
Also, the two that emerged yesterday ate within the first few hours.
There is a third halfway out at this point and 43 eggs to go.
They are squirrely and hard to handle ... here is one bad photo.
Look at the length of that tail!

Total count as of today: 28 big healthy babies.
I think they will be handling 1/4 inch crickets by the end of the week.
Eggs are still hatching (9 yesterday, 5 today)
17 left to go.
By the time these are done my translucent eggs should be starting ... Gads!
