New Faly Female

This is my new 3 month old nosy faly female from ibdragons. Is the black mark under her mouth area normal? I've never seen a mark like that on a chameleon. Or am i just being paranoid. This is my first female chameleon so all the tips and advice will be well received.

I want one! I have been wanting a pair of faly so bad. They just aren't around here in VA. I mean at all. I have not seen one in person at a store or expo (3). Lucky dog you. They seem to be hard even to find on internet. I am leaving, Hulk mad.
