Nice! I love to take old tv entertainment center or armoires and gut them for my guys :)

What kind of screen did you use. It looks really dense, can you see inside the cage good? It may just be the camera angle.

finished looks so SWEET !!!

The cage is finished ! It looks soooo sweet.
My cham is doing so much better. His color is brighter. He is more active. He looks like a happy cham !
Love this little guy:d

Freaking awesome! Fantastic job on the decor. :D

How are you ventilating? Is there a small fan incorporated?

You will probably want to ditch that red lamp.

YES. I HAVE TWO COMPUTER FANS. ONE IN EACH CORNER OUT SIDE THE CAGE.

WHATS THE DEAL WITH RED BULBS ?

I was told he needed a heat bulb ?
I was told with the new big enclosure he needed 2 heat bulbs ?

Naw, he just needs one basking spot in order to regulate his body temp. The rest of the cage should be at a reduced ambient temperature. If the red light is needed to maintain an acceptable ambient temperature, then it is ok as long as it isn't on at night.

Red bulbs have no use for a chameleon there not natural, in the day a normal house hold bulb is perfect, the red bulbs are used for reps such a bearded dragons as they Carnt see the red light at night but chams can an it will disturb there sleep

can you use them for heat?
my house stays 72
I was trying to bring the cage up to the 80s

no lights at night.

The whole cage should not be in the 80's. Ambient temperature should be around 75 degrees with a basking spot up to 90 (max). They will move in and out of the basking spot to adjust their body temperature, thats why the ambient temp needs to be significantly cooler than the basking temp.

You can but you would be much better using a normal house hold bulb with normal white light, you see the chameleon sees that as the sun and red light just isn't natural and anyway you want the basking temp around the mid 80s an a drop to a ambient temp of mid 70s so maybe it's not a bad thing to use one basking spot that way the Cham has plenty of options to cool down, sorry if I sounded like I was bashing your hard work the Viv looks awesome

One basking spot is fine, but there is nothing wrong with two as long as you have good variance throughout the enclosure. I use two at different temps and this allows my boy to choose. The red bulb is not necessary, and will probably not look as nice as a standard house type or basking spot. Enclosure looks very nice! Very nice work!
