My veiled chameleon just laid her first clutch of eggs! I am worried she may have more inside of her. I interrupted her egg laying bc the sand had collapsed and I thought she was stuck/dead. She was fine but I still don't know if she had completed her egg laying. I put her back in the tub and she just scratched around a little and stood there. I put her away to sleep for the night and dug out the eggs. 47 total! I can't believe all of those fit inside her!! Is this a lot for a 15 month old? First clutch. Do think she is finished or should I put her back in the tub to try again in the morning? If there are any left over eggs inside of her, will she die? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!
