New Chameleon owner and have health question.

I recently adopted a Chameleon and the place I adopted it from had it in a 10 gallon aquarium since October. I transferred Ratchet to the open air screen. Once in the proper setup he ended up shedding and now I notice a little "puffiness" just forward of the eye. Not having any previous experience with Chameleon's not sure if this is normal or sign of an infection. Eats, drinks, bask's and cruises around the cage normally.

No, that is not normal. I don't keep Veilds, but I have seen this many times with this species over the years on here where it has something to do with their sinuses. Alot of times this happens when they will get an abcess and it drains back into their eyes. I guess like us, our sinuses and eyes are all connected. Often, you will see a bump on the bridge of their nose and then the eyes will be puffed out also like this.. If it does not subside on its own, I would take him to a vet.

Isn't that also caused by a blocked duct? I forgot the name of the duct.
