I would say you need more branches for him to use for highways. They need to go both up & across. I can't tell anything about your lighting or how you plan to monitor temps & humidity.

I dont own a veiled but I think everyone on here that does is going to tell you 100Watt is too much! I know I will be corrected if I am wrong. But I believe I have read here before and that is too hot. If no one else responds, start a new thread and ask about the basking temp for a veiled. You dont wanna cook the little fellow! The 5.0 is perfect.

i have experimented with 60,75, and 100watt bulbs... 100w gives me 80 degrees in the basking zone.. read from digital thermometer i got from home depot. and i have a humidity gauge as well. cage is 24x24x48 so thats why 100w


as for highways, the pothos vines are not enough? they are ziptied all over the screen so they are sturdy... he does a pretty good job of getting around. i know the more the better!
