Well it was an after thought but am thinking of going back to sand as when my last Cham fell the sand was like a cushion !
As my Cham has never been to the bottom to eat there is no problem!
Sand is good incase they want to lay eggs

Looks good but definitely remove the substrate from the bottom. It's not worth the risk of some accidentally being ingested.

ILOVE YOUR NEW SETUP. ITS SO BEAUTIFUL c: IWAS WONDERING WHERE YOU BOUGHT YOUR CAGE AND HOW MUCH YOU PAYED. IWAS LOOKING FOR A NEW CAGE FOR KURLY BUT THERE SO EXPENSIVE.

I paid £100 for it, I modified it as England isn't like Florida so I needed to board it out and have it 50/50 ventilated and to keep the humidity and night time temps up!
I am chuffed with what it looks like!
Thanks

Hey,
I noticed that you live in england im from south wales and just about to update my Yemens viv , But im scared of using a screen cage, Due to lack of heat in the house and scared of him getting cold,

How do you cope?

Thanks Katie :)

I just half board the cage with wood, ply board.
I have videos on utube showing how to make it, type in reptibreeze modification.
Those Re my vids
