I just got this brookesea therezeniea (sp) yesterday. I have fallen in love with all the small guys and can't stay away from their area of my zoo. Thank you Danny for letting me add to my collection.

Does anyone else have these guys? How can you tell boys from girls? This female is supposed to be pregnant but the skin is so hard I can't feel eggs.

The tails of the males are longer and more "massive" if I remember right. I hope you will have fun with them cause Brookesias are the lamest chameleons ever ;)

I see that she is doing nothing but sitting there looking like a stick for hours and hours and hours. Is that lame or what. Guess they eat when something wanders by.

I have to disagree, Benny. While a couple species are not particularly active, others are much more active and quite interesting. What species have you worked with, Benny?

Glad you are enjoying the therezieni. Try handfeeding her, she will normally come right up to me when I do.

EDIT: the males are smaller and have longer tails, they also have larger "horns". If you look throught my older threads you can see a comparasin.

I've only kept B. stumpffi which are actually fairly active and entertaining (I've heard more-so than others) and aggressive feeders. I'd like to eventually get more since I only have 2 females.
