I have tried to attach photos of my lights but don't know if I succeeded! I'm not sure but I think the dome light is heat and the tubular is UVB?

Your baby looks very dehydrated so mist like crazy. Keep the cage wet until you get him well hydrated for a few days. I don't believe your humidity gauge, but I might be wrong of course, but they haven't proved to be very accurate. Get live plants, even just a big sword fern in the bottom of the cage. Live plants hold a lot of water on their leaves so release humidity over a longer period of time. Your temps are also too high, which will only make the dehydration worse. A dehydrated animal won't eat.
Did you read the care sheets for Veileds?

The florescent light is a UVB. Those bulbs need to be changed around every six months. Even though the light is still working and hasn't burned out it stops producing UVB at about six months.

Ok, so I originally put paper towels in the bottom of the cage, but I'm not going to do that anymore bc I think it's unnecessary. I had thrown them out last night before I read the poop article. So I went and checked them this morning and I was relieved to see poop!!!! At least I think it is! Does it look healthy to you guys?

Ok, I will up the misting! I thought you guys could tell from their eyes so I was trying to get a close up for you see them - I'm glad it worked! Should I also set the timer to mist longer or more often in addition to hand misting? Bc he really doesn't like the hand misting and I'm trying to leave him alone as much as possible for now.

The pictures of the lights are only pictures of the fixtures. Look at the bulb and read what it says. There should be very small type on the bulb
Both. Increase the frequency and the time misting. With a dehydrated animal, I would run the misters for at least half an hour at a time. I've run the misters for three hours straight for new imports.
You showed pictures of the fixtures, not the bulbs. Look for the fine print on the actual light bulb. Here's a picture of the printing on a ZooMed UVB light (5% UVB).

Ok thx! I will adjust my timer and check out the bulbs. I read on another thread that someone recommended putting him on a plant in the shower. I have some Hibiscus plants I could put him on.....thoughts?

If you have a mister, why put him in a shower???? A shower is for someone who hasn't got a misting system. It is much inferior to a misting system on so many levels. First, it wastes a tremendous amount of water. Second, your chameleon is not thrilled to be in a new place so is less likely to drink. I can't for the life of me understand why so many are enamored with showering when they really should just set up their chameleon correctly in the first place which is with a misting system. They need misters to clean their eyes besides raising humidity and drinking.

Ok so here are two up close pictures of baby Enzo now that I've had him a week. How do you think he's looking? I am worried he's not eating enough. I am considering getting him a feeding cup so I can more closely monitor his food intake. I was really trying to honor his predator instincts but I don't want him to starve. And he doesn't seem to like going to the bottom of his habitat where the crickets are. He just stays at the top mostly....advice???? PS does he look hydrated this time? Thank you!!!!
