New babies help!

I just got a Jackson and apparently she was prego cuz now I have babies and was not expecting this. I live in a small town with only one pet store and they don't have any pin heads or fruit flies. Any ideas on what else I can feed them? They were born yesterday and the pet store won't get any fruit flies in till Thursday.

Depending where you are located, and your budget.. you could go out and catch some wild insects small enough for them.

But best thing to do is have some ff and pinheads overnighted... Thats about all i can offer...

Can u order online overnight somewhere ? Maybe someone here will be in your area or be able to ups some flies to you .where are you located?

Make sure you seperate the babies from the parents if you haven't already.

Yep did that. As soon as I figured out what was happening I jumped on the net to try and educate myself lol

I would suggest checking http://www.ghann.com/index.cfm - this is a link to their web specials page. You are going to need more food than you initially think if you have a bunch of babies to feed.
6K sounds like a lot, but trust me- you will have die off of crickets babies eat a LOT!! Best of luck and post pics of the babies when you have a chance.
