Im pretty worried about this cause when i first got him he was in an aquarium and i never really gut loaded his food or gave him vitamins in the first two weeks that ive had him in my care, now thats all changed completely since i found this place and he seems way healthier, just he hasnt shed at all in a month so is this bad??? :(

How old is your cham?

Im not sure cause i bought him from a guy on craigslist, someone from here had seen his pic and said he looked about 6 months old and another said 7-8 months but that just cant be in my eyes cause hes pretty darn small...

When they get to be older, they shed less.

Also, unless you are watching 24/7 it's possible to miss it. Little ones can blow their shed in an hour and they'll turn around and eat it just to confuse you.

My suggestion would be to get some pictures that document his size (so, something measurable in the picture with him) and do it again in a month...see if he's still growing.

Jacksons are a smaller species, and they grow slower than most others as well.

I definitely think that he is at least 7-8months old, JMO.

He should shed about once a month or so at this point, but may take longer. As stated, they slow down how often they shed as they get older.
Supplements and humidity also effect the ability to shed.

Jacksons take their time during a shed IME.
Their skin is "different" from panthers, and seems to "melt" off while panthers and others seem to "flake" off.

Make sure humidity, and drinking water is ample.

Have you started supplementing yet?

Got it and ive started dusting his food with reptivite and herpivite but only once a month and ive been gut loading with cricket with added vitamins and minerals and gut load cricket drink with calcium.

dont worry about it :) ive had my guy for 3 months, and he's about 10 months old now and ive never seen him shed either  jacksons dont shed very often :p

I have had my baby Jackson since he was 7 weeks old and he is now 6 months and has only shed 3 times. By comparison, my female Veiled shed every month from 3 - 6 months of age and thereafter sheds every 3 months or so. Jacksons mature a lot slower than other types of chameleons, but having never had an adult I don't know how long they go between sheds.
