Need some help with a few questions =)

Hello my name is Wilfredo and i need some help with a few questions about a panther chameleon, for a adult panther chameleon would a 19.75x19x40" be alright for them or is bigger needed? Of course bigger is better but is this fine for a adult panther chameleon.

It's a bit small. It's what I use for mine because he also has a free range area and an outdoor cage, so he's not always in it. If he was going to always be in it then I'd say it's too small.
