Need some help, building new cage.

Hi I am making a new cage for my chameleon out of an old tv cabinet. I am working on the sanding now and still need to get some things before putting everything together. It is 36in Wide by 29in Long and 22in Deep on the inside.
I am going to get a Mist King system but I don't know which one I should go with?
The starter system with the plus pack wich comes with two misting nozzles or get the ultimate value kit wich comes with three nozzles?

Now for lighting I was thinking about getting the exo terra dual top canopy 24in would that be enough or will he need more heating?

Also I'm going to put two ficus trees in it and I wanted to put some kind of flower in between the trees. I was thinking about bachelor's button, passion flower, or camellia flower. If I put the flower in it will I need a grow light to go along with all the other lights?

I would have a 48" UVB light and use more than one basking light. Chameleons like to be up high, I would have made the cage higher. You can get the 48" dual hoods at lowes for like under. 20 we have a UVB and a plant light in ours. I also use hanging plants it makes cage cleaning easier, dal rods and fake vines my choice of plant for panthers are umbrella plants you can get them at wal-mart or lowes. Hope this helps a little

Yeah the exo terra dual top canopy comes with two UVB strips and two basking lights.

Here is a safe plant list from flchams http://www.flchams.com/safe_plant_list.asp I think you will be good with the dual hood just Id check out lowes they migh have something cheaper
