You can just pull the bulb out of the metal clips.
ding ding...
we have a winner.

Thank you!
LOL
On that particular fixture, the double bulb and quad ones...
the bulbs are held in with metal (S.S.) bulb clips.
And the socket ends are "push on" that just push onto the pins on the end of the flo. light bulb.
I chose them specifically because they are probably the easiest configuration and definitely the easiest to service if anything needs replacing.
So anyway,
to remove bulb... you carefully pull the bulb out of the two t5 metal clips that hold each bulb in place.(Caveat: they DO hold it securely, and that is not a bad thing... but it does take a bit of pull to pop them out. So I advise everyone
to be careful.)
And then simply pull the end cap sockets straight off each end of the bulb.
To put bulb back in place when done, simply reverse the above procedure and snap the new bulb back in the stainless steel clips ...
and then remember to tuck the extra length of lead wires (That go to push on socket) back behind the metal reflector so they aren't all "dangle-y".
I am suppose to do a youtube video of that and 100 other things one of these days

.
*Sigh* one of these years I am going to do a nice booklet too filled with "Tips & Tricks" to go with those nifty double bulb and quad fixtures --
but I have been so busy with the Jungle dawn® LED (and developing a Jungle dawn/Arcadia LED HO T5 UVB hybrid fixture (that will be way UlTrA CooL

)
I just have not been able to find the time, and I apologize to all customers. But if you have any questions always feel free to call or e/m me.207.588.7210.
Cheers,

Thank you!
