do you mean how long do you keep before rehoming them?
i would say until they are around 3-4 months old. as they have issues with randomly dying.

and i would seperate on gender immediately. and if one is alot bigger, or theere is bullying.

I think they mean when should they seperate the heard into smaller groups.
Not that I know the answer tho that

I would say the first separation should be at about a month but it could be sooner or later depending on growth.

We've kept babies for 3-4 months as one herd in a screen cage, and had no problems among the siblings. They seem to be much more tolerant of each other if they're raised together from the beginning. We had no agression between the males, and when they were 4m old and greening up they were sent out to the gulag, I mean a very high quality herp shop. Beyond 4 months though, we've never had two males together. Helpful?
