Need help please read !!!

My chemelon is on a vine and he's like holding on but is body is all the way to the one side almost like he's hanging up side down is he trying bast on that one
Side or is there some thing Ells wrong with him some times I see him when he's trying to clim he holds on to him self or he swirl s around the vine no straight downe Gose around it ?
Can some one help me plz
I made an apt to the vet to morrow at five

It just sounds like he's trying to maximize the surface area exposed to the bulb. That's not a bad thing at all. As I replied in the other thread, climbing in a "candy cane" fashion is perfectly normal.

Really, they're sort of crazy animals in a way, a lot of what is perfectly normal for them is not the least bit normal for most pets. I'd totally freak out if my dog's skin all started coming off or he puffed his eye up to 5 times its normal size....but with a chameleon, those are normal things.

Sometimes after a meal my chameleon will get on her basking branch and lean all the way over and puff herself up really large and turn her darkest colors. Just maximizing surface area to get the most from the light.

Not saying that's what yours is doing but it kind of sounds like it.

Even if he sleeps like that i really feel like some things wrong but he was bright yellow like always when he sleeps I really wish I could post pics but my Internet is down I'm really worried ;(
