Need Help About Feeding!!

Hi there, i have a baby chameleon, i think it's almost 4-5 months old and almost 10 cm (with tail). So the problem is, i bought grasshoppers about 2 cm long. I think my cham is afraid of them because she is running away and gets black color. A few weeks ago i had bought little grasshoppers (about 0,5 cm), at that time she was eating them easly. But this time was the first time i bought bigger grasshoppers. So, should i remove the grasshoppers from terrarium or does she eat them in time whe she get used to it.
Please help!

Sounds like they may be too big for your chameleon.
Are they wider than the space between your chams eyes or much longer than the length of her head?

Yes, remove if not being eaten and especially if causing stress

Alternatives: small silkworms, butterworms, small indian walking stick insects, terrestrial isopods, small -med crickets, ....
