NVM, guess they have a uvb bulb so I dont really need to worry about it to that extent.

I just use repashy calcium plus at every feeding and it takes the guess work out of it

That is a question with no anwser. Even is I said it needs 10 IU/kg per week how would one measure that.

Generally speaking, you can't. IU's measure the potency of a drug, not its mass or weight.
