Need advice ASAP

My female CB Boehmes has recently developed swelling between her nostril and eye, she is 14 months old and it could be that she's fallen and banged her face but she is making a wheezing sound when she opens her mouth to breathe. I'm worried it might be URI but any opinions/advice would be appreciated.

If she is wheezing, she could have an URI, or a sinus infection that is causing the swelling in the face.

You need a vet to either treat the URI, or lance the infection and drain it.

Yes, even if it is just an abscess you will need a vet.
